Dashboard

Welcome to Pilot and Fleet Tracking, your one stop shop for flight logs, pilot profiles, certification tracking, drone inventory, maintenance logs, checklists, and flight reports.

The Dashboard gives you a high-level view of your entire drone program. It brings your key flight metrics together in one place and adds a few gamified elements to keep your team engaged.

Open the Dashboard

1. Select the Pilot and Fleet Tracking icon, then choose Dashboard from the drop-down menu.

Add Flights Manually

1. Use the Add Flight button in the top right corner to log a flight manually. For step-by-step instructions, see [Manually Uploading Flight Logs].

Workspace Flight Time

1. This section shows the Total Hours, Total Flights, and Total Distance Flown across your entire fleet, displayed as a line graph.

Pilot & Fleet Status

1. This section tracks Pilot Currency, Pilot Certificates, and Drone Condition. To set up each feature, see the linked guides: [Pilot Currency], [Pilot Certificates], [Drone Condition].

Total Drone Hours

1. See which days your team spends the most time in the air, with a Year or Month view. The bottom left corner shows your Total Hours along with the pilots at the top of the Leaderboard.

Records

1. Select any record category to see who holds the top spot.
