Creating a Nova Account

Getting started with Nova? Here is a walk through on how to create a Nova account from scratch and after being invited to a workspace. Follow the Steps below to get your account up and running.

Creating a Nova Account from Scratch

1. Once you’ve landed on https://www.mapnova.com/ Select on “Start Now” in the top right corner of the page.

   

   
   

2. Enter your Email that you want to be associated with your Nova account followed by the continue button.

   

   
   

3. Nova will prompt you to enter a “Temporary Password”. hello@mapnova.com will send a unique password to you email, copy and paste the password then select the “continue” button

   

   
   

4. Enter the following information : First Name, Last Name, Your own custom password, Followed by the “Log In” button.

   

   
   

5. You’ve now just created your Nova account. Above “Welcome back, Name” Is the workspace your are working in. Click the Link “Setting up a workspace” to walk through Workspace configuration, folder and project organization, as well as starting your first project.

Create a Nova Account from a Invite

1. Once a active user has invited you to a workspace (Select the Link “Inviting Your Team” to walkthrough Inviting new users to a workspace), You will receive a email from “noreply@mapnova.com” Inviting you to join that users workspace. Select “Join This Workspace”.

   

   
   

2. Your email will automatically appear, ensure it is correct followed by the “Continue” Button

   

   
   

3. Nova will prompt you to enter a “Temporary Password”. hello@mapnova.com will send a unique password to you email, copy and paste the password then select the “continue” button

   

   
   

4. Enter the following information : First Name, Last Name, Your own custom password, Followed by the “Log In” button.

   

   
   

5. You’ve now just created your Nova account. Above “Welcome back, Name” Is the workspace your are working in. Select the Nova Logo in the top left corner to Choose which Workspace you want to work within.

Click the Link “Workspace Management” to walk through folder and project organization, as well as starting your first project.
