This position reports to the Director of Business Development. The Business Development
Representative will be responsible for managing outbound leads and creating
relationships
with
clients for Nova Maps. We are looking for team members based in Victoria who are
eager
to join a fast-paced start-up.
Salary: $40,000 per year + commission + performance bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings to discuss weekly goals and chat strategy and objectives
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' requirements and provide
tailored
solutions.
- Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and
referrals
- Identify, target, and acquire new leads
- Prepare reporting on previous weeks' activities to discuss progress
- Complete daily outbound calls from leads generated by our Sales Development
Representative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business, Sales, or a related field
(preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
